At Filler & Roast, each batch is roasted in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality. Please review our shipping practices below.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Carrier timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to USPS/UPS.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:
Check mailbox, porch, and neighbors
Wait 24 hours for late scans
Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If the issue is not resolved, email us at [your email] and we will assist.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Contact us immediately if there is a mistake — we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped.
Seasonal Delays
High-volume periods (holidays, promotions, etc.) may extend processing or shipping times.

Local pickup is available at Nell’s Social in Cresco, PA. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. However, your experience matters to us.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages are transferred to USPS/UPS, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out — we’re happy to assist with next steps.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective products. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
