Origins of My Ritual

This ritual became mine years ago, in the earliest mornings of building my real estate career.
Before the laptop opened, before the noise of the day began, that first cup became a small act of grounding. A place where clarity lived.

Later, as we prepared to open Nell’s, cigars wove themselves into the experience.
The smoke didn’t rush; it drifted. A steady ribbon slowing the mind and sharpening my senses. Suddenly, coffee wasn’t just coffee. It became intention. It became presence. It became a ritual.
